Ammon is 11 days old

Ammon is doing great!! His skin is looking 100% better than before. Mommy is healing and feeling great (and looking sexy!) Aurianna is being a big helper for mom and dad and Ani seems like she can do everything Auri can.

Auri is loving pre-school and her teachers. She comes home singing the craziest songs, but we love it! She is in the Primary program singing with a few other kids in "Love is Spoken Here" and of course she has a small speaking part, but she loves to sing and being a big girl and most of all a "BIG" sister.

Ani is our little creative monster. In a matter of a few minutes she seperates all of her coloring boxes from markers, crayons and color pencils and lines them all in different rows from smallest to biggest. She is building castles from big blocks which is always interesting to see. A self entertainer constantly growing her creativity. We can not wait to see what she will do with it.

A small Update on Baby Ammon

Ammon Nathan Petty has received his new blanket from a special friend. Come to find out he has a case of jaundice. They have been taking blood samples from his heel to see if it has gone down. And it has increased sadly enough so they have presented the blanket to us to use to lower the level down in his blood. He is looking pretty good at the moment.

Mommy is doing great, Dad has a headache and the girls are finding out what the third leg is on their baby brother does.

Baby Ammon Nathan Petty Finally arrives!!!

At 7:30 am on 9-11-07 my wife was induced to start her labor with our first son, third child. While waiting at St. Rose Dom. in Henderson we were able to watch "Guys and Dolls" and "Paint your Wagon". Movies that I grew up on and also my wife. The funny thing was that I never experienced BETA, my wife on the other hand did. She had "Paint your Wagon" on beta. Thank Heaven for VHS tapes back in "MY" days.

Dr. Sauter showed up unexpectedly around 12:30'ish and popped her water and a few minutes after she got her epadural. She slept mostly the rest of the time until around 5pm and she started to fill pressure. From around 4 to 5pm the nurse had her on hands and knees, left side, right side, laying down and sitting up to get that baby started down the slide towards the light where the johnny betch and the salad spoons are happily waiting. (The baby couldn't handle the contractions)

@ 5:20pm our precious baby boy arrived in this world weighing at 7.5 lbs and at 19 inches long. It was a great moment for us and also for our two girls who couldn't wait for their brother to show up.

The "Greatest" Great Aunt Deb

We have been visiting Aunt Debbie for a few weeks now and she keeps on having a srong heart about all of the circumstances that keep on being brought up about her knees. She has been well blessed in many different ways. I have always placed her on a shelf where all of my heros have been. She is a person worth having as a mentor and a hero through trials and tribulations. Keep on smiling and having a good heart about life. We love you Aunt Deb!

Daddy and his Girls

Our family loves to go out to the parks and let the girls let loose and have fun. We recently went to the Veteran's Memorial Park in Boulder City and had some fun at the water park. This is one of our favorite things to do.

While we went to the Veterans Memorial Park we visited the Hoover Dam. I thought it was interesting enough to take pictures of the new bridge that is being built. And also how low the water is getting at Lake Meade. You hear it all over the news and just brush it off like a fly until you actually go to the lake and see for yourself than it hits home.

Aurianna Mauree 4 1/2 and can't wait till 5 yrs Old

Aurianna in her true form! She can't stop talking about how when she turns 5 yrs old she will have a princess birthday. She is loving pre-school and can not wait to go back and graduate. She is excited like the rest of the family to have a brother in the Petty family.

Family Vacation July 4th,07

When we went on vacation to Steve and Colleen's house we had all of our family get together. It was a wonderful trip to be in Liberty, Utah.

Mikael is growing up fast. He has a very funny laugh that makes you never mad at him when he gets into trouble. Carrie is looking good and healthy being a few months pregnant.

Aniston Playing Nurse

For a few days Aniston kept on dressing up like a nurse and operating on me in the toy room. It was a trip! Ever since she has gone to the dentist getting her front tooth fixed she has been dressing up like a doctor and operating on the teeth. She is just two hand fulls of fun.
